Buttock enhancement is becoming steadily more popular particularly with more Latin-American stars appearing on screen. The ladies of South America or South Africa are much more aware of buttock shape than they are with enhancing their breasts.
Buttock augmentation
Buttock augmentation is carried out in those who have small volume or who have an unsatisfactory appearance. The augments are similar to those used in the breast but have a pear shape and the envelope is further reinforced. The prostheses are inserted via a longitudinal incision between the buttock folds and are placed between the muscle groups in a downward and lateral direction. One does not sit on the prostheses the general pressure of sitting being taken further towards the upper thighs. The surgery is relatively painless and usually requires one night in hospital.
